    1. Well, Lufthansa has the best First Class Lounges Worldwide. Guess you have never flown First before.

  2. Turkish airline is on the top 10 best list? It's the airline I would never use again, especially for long flight. Minimum amenities, not so many drinks offered or provided during the flight (which is really necessary for long flight).
Couldn't 100% agree, but Singapore Airline and Garuda deserve to be on the list.

    1. Turkish Airlines have come a long way in the past few years they have introduced a superior product call comfort class which is really in its own league. sadly they are doing away with this class which in my opinion should have stayed but reduced in numbers. Also this airline practices a nine abreast seating configuration on their triple sevens whereas most other airlines do 10 which is much less comfortable. they are also one of the only airlines offering hot meals on intra European routes whereas most other airlines offer you some biscuits or crackers. So I do agree on turkish airlines award. when you compare them with the rest of the European competition I really do believe they are miles ahead.

  7. It is hard to agree with this list when you know that behind the curtain the airlines actually buy these awards for themselves.

    1. Turkish Airlines is by far the best of the european airlines, and better than Emirates. It has improved quality a lot in the last years.

  13. Singapore and Cathay Pacific brilliant. I changed my alliagence to Emirates a few years ago as they were voted top airline. I travelled Manchester Dubai Bankok, Singapore Dubai Manchester, Boeing 777 most uncomfortable flight ever. Service was not up to SIA or C.P. standards.

  14. Emirates is not in top-10 in any way. I travelled Emirates in Economy and Business classes, both are bad products. I also know QATAR, SINGAPORE, TURKISH, IBERIA, CATHAY, EGYPTAIR,..all of them are much better than Emirates, definitely. Emirates economy class is uncomfortable; business class is the worst I know (except the old Egyptair business class; the current Egyptair business class is better than the Emirates')
